Chevron Nail Design

Here is another super easy nail design.  So easy, beginners should be able to do it (like myself).

Chevron Nails

My stripes are not perfect because I removed the tape too early.

1. Paint your nails with your base color and allow to dry completely.

2. Cut 1 inch strips of scotch tape in half.  You will need about 4 halves per striped finger.

3. Apply your scotch tape to dried nails.  Gap the tap so that between them there is a V shape.

4. Paint the colors you want for the stripe over the scotch tape.  paint on at least 2 layers.  It is very important that you allow this to dry completely!

5. When the top layer is dry, slowly and carefully pull off the scotch tape.

6.  Apply top coat.  Use a q-tip and nail polish remvoer to take off any paint on skin.  Now go show them off!
